An effective leader is a person with a passion for a cause that is larger than they are. Someone with a dream and a vision that will better society, or at least, some portion of it. Also, without passion, a leader will not make the necessary courageous and difficult decisions and carry them into action. A leader is one who inspires and motivates action; having a can-do personality and strong leadership skills is the key to leading the charge.
During this course, you will explore 6 different leadership styles. The pros and cons of each style, as well as where each style fits into an organisation will also be discussed.
